SFI welcomes SCORE International as our newest Affiliate. SCORE sanctions off-road open desert racing in the U.S. and Mexico for trucks, motorcycles, quads, and more. SCORE is best known for its Baja 1000 event that challenges competitors as they navigate an expansive course throughout Baja California. In other sanctioning body news, the National Hot Rod Diesel Association (NHRDA) http://www.nhrda.com recently upgraded the level of their SFI association from Affiliate to Member. In addition to incorporating a selection of SFI Specs into their rules, full Membership expands the SFI services available to a sanctioning body. These extra services can include customized Tech Inspector Certification Programs and the ability to formally request the promulgation of new specifications if desired by the Member sanctioning body.
